With abandoned pets close to our hearts, we originally set out to help the UAE’s animal welfare groups send rescues to their new forever homes, at as low a cost as possible and, in some cases, completely free of any fees. As our reputation grew, we began to receive enquiries directly from pet parents so took the decision to take the plunge, two feet and all paws, to expand and Pawsome Pets was born. Since 2016 we have been Moving Your World Around The World.
From small beginnings we have grown to the company we are today. Recently voted UAE's Favourite Pet Relocation Company, we offer bespoke and comprehensive travel solutions for your furry, feathered and scaley family. Since our first relocation with Jamie Hendrix, the tail-less rescue kitty who we flew to his new furrever home in the UK, we have helped thousands of pets travel safely around the world (and in some cases back again). We have a fleet of customised pet limo's and offer staycations for cats, birds and small pets in our very own luxury hotel, The Pawtery. For the pupsters, we partner with trusted colleagues where our clients enjoy the same amazing daycare and boarding facilities that our own pets visit.
We are members of IPATA and ATA, global organisations whose primary focus is the safe and ethical transportation of pets around the world and we are extremely proud to share the values they hold. Both have a stringent vetting process for their members and require us to keep up to date with the latest best practise, regulations and standards in pet travel. We are bound by and hold ourselves accountable to, the highest global standards in pet travel, care and well-being, so you can be sure your pets are enjoying the very best service from our team.

We work hard to ensure your pets relocation costs are as low as feasibly possible, without compromise to their safely and well-being.
Our quotes are transparent, you pay actual costs for all third-party services and our fees are some of the fairest around (a percentage of which are donated to help animal welfare groups care for and relocate the animals they rescue and rehabilitate.

Between us, the Pawsome Team have eleven pets plus varyings number of (currently seven) fosters.
Most days, at least four or five of them are at the office, keeping us on our toes at all times, ensuring full quality control of ear scratch and belly rub techniques. Oh, and they make excellent foot warmers in the cold AC!
Safety is our number one priority through every step of the journey. All the team are certified canine first aiders, and one of us is a trained veterinary nurse. Whilst we’d never want to have to put these skills into use, it’s good to know we could if we needed to.

Regular, intensive and internationally recognised assessments, exams and peer referrals ensure we are qualified, experienced and competent in all aspects of your pets wellbeing and safety whilst in our care, whether that be on the ground or in the air.
Meet The Team
Whilst volunteering to help animal welfare groups relocate their rescues, Kirsty recognised some of the key challenges faced when relocating a pet; lack of transparency on costs and process, confusion on viable options and much more. She figured there had to be a better way?And so, Pawsome Pets was born....
Alongside the day to day running of the business, she also ensures key client services (chin scratches, ear rubs and cuddles) are always on top of the team agenda.
Known on the Dubai doggie circuit as the ‘Husky Whisperer’ due to the waifs and strays (often of the husky variety) passing through his home on their way to a better life.
Turns out Dean is in fact an all-round doggie and kitty whisperer with every (and we mean EVERY) furry client he meets, falling under his spell.
Living down under, Claire is deputy to our Chief Ball Counter, Smoke.
Whilst he is busy keeping a close eye on our inventory of toys (particularly the balls), Claire ensures that we keep everyone on side by paying our bills on time.
All that number crunching sounds a bit boring but she and Smoke assure us it's not.
Always under our feet - literally.

Adamant he has no favourites, all our furry VIPs fall in love with Arno (and he with them), safely chauffeuring them to and from their various pre-travel appointments and staycays there is always time for a selfie and a cuddle.
As one of our relocation guru’s, Amy has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the world of pet travel.
Along with her gorgeous sidekick Nanuk who is a daily visitor to the office.
Super doggie nanny Grace is the true boss of the ‘Real Bosses’ and slave to the kitties. The glue that keeps us all together.
Pawtery Manager Kyle, balances winning the hearts of our staycay guests and the trust of their pawrents. Ensuring the highest of staycay standards, whilst also leading our travel proposal team on the relocation side of things – a
man of many talents.
Whether it be cuddles, grooming, fine dining or play, Angel is in high demand by all the paws and claws staying with us. Caring for our feline, feathered and furry guests, meeting their every whim and demand.
